The Office of Research supports externally funded research, service, and creative activity at Kennesaw State University. The staff provides funding information, technical expertise, and assistance in proposal development and submission. All proposals must be routed and submitted through the Office of Research. When awards are received, the staff assists principal investigators in the administration of their projects. Grant Proposal Submission Procedure

All faculty planning to prepare a grant or contract proposal to any external sponsor must complete the Intent to Submit Grant or Contract Proposal form (best viewed in Chrome or Internet Explorer) and email the form to This form will be used to coordinate resources for support of proposal development for both internal and external submissions. Once the form is received, a pre-award specialist will contact the principal investigator to schedule a planning meeting. 

*Please note that proposals must be submitted to the sponsor no later than 5 pm on the due date, regardless of the sponsor's deadline.

KSU Today replaces KSU Inform for internal communications for faculty/staff

KSU Today is a new service that allows faculty/staff to post/view campus announcements online using your KSU NetID and password.
