Cayuse Hazard and Safety and Animal Oversight

The KSU IBC and IACUC now use Cayuse as a protocol management platform. All initial submissions, amendments, renewals, etc. will go through this portal. You will receive decision information and feedback emails from the relevant office via this system.

Access Cayuse

You can reach the Cayuse portal at https://kennesaw.app.cayuse.com/. The system works best with Firefox or Chrome.

Log in to Cayuse

If you are a staff member or student, please request a Cayuse account by filling out this form. Please allow at least a few days before you need to access the system, since it takes time for access to activate in the different modules once the profile is created. The lab head information is necessary to give your lab PI access to your submissions.
