Dealing with the Stressors that Come with Research and Presenting

Description: The Office of Undergraduate Research is hosting a workshop that is based around stress and time management and dealing with the anxieties that come with presenting. The peer mentors will provide information to help you manage your stress and time as a student and researcher and even provide time to do brief practice presentations. We will help you overcome the fears of public speaking and presenting in preparation for the Symposium of Student Scholars. This workshop will also prepare you for any other conferences you may have to present at.
