Undergraduate Research Space
Academic Learning Center, Suite 5500

The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) is excited to introduce its new home. Located in the new Academic Learning Center (ALC), the OUR suite houses numerous highly configurable workspaces to promote interactions among undergraduate student and faculty researchers.  A state-of-the-art interactive video wall provides unprecedented ways for visualization of complex data. Reversible dry erase boards/bulletin boards on wheels also provide another way to visualize thoughts & concepts, write down ideas, explain & teach, and plan & create in a group setting.

If you would like to reserve a space for your undergraduate research activities, please complete the form located here

You may reserve the space for up to three hours at a time, and the person who made the reservation must be present at the time the reservation begins. Reservations can be made for Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Certain dates and times will be blocked off for special events and/or programs taking place in the Office of Undergraduate Research. You will be notified if such circumstances affect your reservation.

The following spaces are currently available to reserve for small or large groups and can accommodate up to 8 people. You can reserve one or all of these Nests, depending on the size of your group. The tables are on wheels, which makes them easily reconfigured.
