First-Year Scholars Program Faculty Project Description Form

The faculty project submissions portal is now open.

The deadline for faculty project submissions is Wednesday, August 14, 2024 by 11:59pm.

Faculty PI Requirements

As a reminder, by applying you are confirming your commitment to the following:

  • Attending PI Orientation sessions at the beginning of each semester
  • Ensuring each student is working 5-10hrs/week on the project
  • Ensuring that each student presents at the Symposium of Student Scholars in April
  • Completing the Progress Report on each student by the deadline dates for each semester
  • Completing the mid-point evaluation at the end of Fall semester and the final evaluation form at the end of Spring semester
