Cayuse - Human Subjects
The KSU Institutional Review Board now uses Cayuse as a proposal management platform. All submissions, modifications, renewals, etc. will now go through this portal. You will receive decision information and feedback emails from the IRB office via this system.
Access Cayuse
You can reach the Cayuse portal at https://kennesaw.cayuse424.com/. The system works best with Firefox or Chrome.
All faculty have been added to the system as users. If you are a staff member or student, please request a Cayuse account by filling out this form. Please allow at least a week before you need to access the system, since these will be processed automatically on a periodic basis.
Before completing the online Cayuse user account request form, please read the following:
